The Job in a Nutshell:

Your role will be to help drive a positive safety culture across a range of civil engineering and utility projects throughout Leinster. Depending on your level of experience, you'll be responsible for carrying out site inspections, audits, risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident investigations and ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and company procedures. You'll work closely with operational teams, site management and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Junior Health & Safety Advisor:

  • Health & Safety qualification (or working towards)
  • 1-2 years' experience or relevant placement experience
  • Keen to develop within a growing business
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Health & Safety Advisor:

  • 3-5+ years' Health & Safety experience
  • Experience conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviews
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation

Senior Health & Safety Advisor:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing multiple projects or teams
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability
  • Proven ability to drive and improve safety culture

A full clean driving licence is essential for all levels.
