An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Support Manager to join a well-established group of care services in Northern Ireland. This role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Manager looking to take the next step into regional leadership, supporting multiple homes, teams, and service users.

The Role:

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance, and operational oversight across multiple homes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
  • Supporting underperforming services and driving continuous improvement
  • Leading safeguarding initiatives
  • Acting as line manager for a Peripatetic Team of nurses, care assistants, and support staff
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management

The Requirements:

  • Active NMC registration (Sub Part 1)
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, including 3 years as a Nursing Home Manager
  • Strong knowledge of professional and statutory legislation
  • Experience managing staff, budgets, and compliance across multiple services
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
