A well-established and expanding aerospace tooling manufacturer is seeking motivated and skilled CNC Programmers and Machinists to join its growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality engineering environment supplying precision components to major international customers. The successful candidates will be involved in the setup, operation and optimisation of CNC milling machines producing high-accuracy aerospace tooling and components. Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
  • Ensure components meet strict quality and dimensional standards.
  • Follow engineering drawings, work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Carry out basic machine adjustments, tooling changes and fault identification.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Recognised engineering qualification, apprenticeship, or relevant hands-on experience.
  • Strong background in CNC milling machine operation and setup.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Desirable Experience

  • Offline programming experience on 3-axis and 5-axis machinery.
  • Experience using CAM software such as PowerMill or similar packages.
  • Willingness to cross-train on alternative software platforms.
  • Previous aerospace or precision engineering experience.
