Clinical Assessor – Reactive Recruitment NI • Belfast, GBRemote with occasional travel. Full‐time (37.5 hrs) or Part‐time (30 hrs).

About the RoleWe are looking for healthcare professionals with compassion, strong assessment skills, and excellent IT ability to support applicants through their application for the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme (TPDPS). You will receive full training, mentorship, and opportunities to progress your career into specialist or leadership roles.

What You\’ll Do

Review and analyse medical evidence to determine condition permanence and disablement percentage.

Liaise with GPs and healthcare professionals for additional evidence.

Consult with the applicant via phone/video/in person, if required.

Compile clear, detailed reports to support decision‐making.

Requirements

Qualified and registered medical practitioner, psychologist, nurse, OT, physiotherapist, or social worker.

Minimum 2 years post‐registration experience (4 years for social workers).

Registration in good standing with GMC/NMC/HCPC/NISCC (valid PIN).

Experience in mental health/psychiatric practice.

Strong IT, report‐writing and analytical skills.

Full driving licence and access to a car.

Ability to manage time, set boundaries and work with people from diverse backgrounds.

Willingness to undergo government security and Counter‐Terrorist Check vetting.

Salary & BenefitsRemote working with occasional travel.

Starting salary: Ā£38,500 (pro‐rata for part‐time). Career pathway up to Ā£41,400 plus up to 10% bonus.
