The job in a nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to commercially manage major civils and utilities works across the BusConnects programme handling NEC contract administration, cost control, subcontract management, compensation events and commercial reporting from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, site-based role where you'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and senior leadership to ensure projects are commercially successful and fully compliant under NEC3 / NEC4 frameworks. You'll play a key role in delivering major transport and infrastructure upgrades across Dublin and surrounding counties including utilities diversions, road upgrades and public realm works. Don't worry though, you'll have strong operational and commercial teams around you.
