We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a well-established care home team in the Belfast area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment that values person-centred care, professional development, and career progression.

The successful candidate will lead care teams to deliver high-quality nursing care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for residents at all times.

The Role

  • Deliver and oversee excellent standards of person-centred care
  • Develop, review, and update care plans tailored to residents' needs
  • Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with legislation and policies
  • Support and mentor care staff in line with NMC guidelines
  • Maintain accurate care records and reporting procedures
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and wider teams
  • Support a positive and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
  • Participate in inspections and ensure regulatory compliance standards are maintained
