An exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager role within an award-winning care group. Overseeing multiple Nursing Homes across Belfast, this position is perfect for a Nurse Manager with experience in Mental Health settings.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Promote and maintain the highest standards of care, quality, and service across all homes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and company requirements.
  • Provide clinical leadership and quality oversight through audits and supervision.
  • Monitor and improve clinical practice, policies and procedures across the group.
  • Investigate and manage incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
  • Provide skilled leadership across multiple sites.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide management cover for weekends, emergencies, and out-of-hours issues.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Nursing Home Management or Regional Manager role.
  • Experience within Mental Health Nursing.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
