The Job in a Nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to manage the commercial performance of construction projects from tender stage through to final account. You'll be responsible for procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, cost reporting and client liaison, ensuring projects remain commercially successful while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. You'll also have involvement in estimating and pricing work, giving you exposure to projects from pre-construction through to completion. Don't worry, you'll be joining an experienced team within a well-established contractor operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
