We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls for NI and ROI.
- Prepare BACS/SEPA payments and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Maintain employee payroll data and process third-party payments.
- Manage RTI submissions to HMRC and reconcile payments to Irish Revenue.
- Handle employee payroll queries and support internal teams.
- Assist with payroll journals, reconciliations, audits, and system improvements.
- Ensure accurate processing of Benefits in Kind (BIK).
Requirements
- 3+ years payroll experience.
- Strong Excel and payroll system skills.
- Knowledge of NI & ROI PAYE legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
