This Maintenance Technician role is ideal for someone with strong maintenance and fault-finding experience who enjoys working on machinery, carrying out preventative maintenance, and minimising downtime within production.

The Role:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns and complete fault-finding activities
  • Ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
  • Order and source spare parts when required
  • Support health & safety compliance across site
  • Assist with contractor supervision and site compliance
  • Train staff on maintenance procedures and operating standards
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks

The Requirements:

  • Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, or Multi-Skilled Engineer
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
  • Background in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
  • Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
  • Understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Flexible to work alternating shift patterns
