Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all plant machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as preventative maintenance practices.
- A relevant technical qualification (e.g. HNC, HND, or equivalent).
- Experience with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
