The Role:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and complete fault-finding activities
- Ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum
- Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
- Order and source spare parts when required
- Support health & safety compliance across site
- Assist with contractor supervision and site compliance
- Train staff on maintenance procedures and operating standards
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks
The Requirements:
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, or Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
- Background in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
- Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexible to work alternating shift patterns
