Location: Belfast City Centre

Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 9am to 5pm

Pay: Up to £60,000 Per Annum (DOE)

The Role: As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting the wider finance operations of the firm.

The Requirements:

  • A recognised accounting qualification with 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience within professional services
  • Demonstrated experience within a busy finance team
  • Effective time-management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Preparation and analysis of quarterly management accounts
  • Preparation of annual budgets and performance monitoring
  • Monthly cashflow preparation and analysis
  • Supporting annual external audits, SRA audits and additional audits as required
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements
  • Supporting tax compliance including VAT and Income Tax returns
  • Ensuring adherence to Solicitors Account Regulations and client money processes
  • Reviewing bank reconciliations and liaising with banking relationship managers
  • Processing creditor payment runs
