The Role:
Working mainly on the Purchase Ledger, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day finance operation of the business.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years working in a busy finance department
- Experience working on Purchase Ledger
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Desired: SAGE 200
- Qualified Accounting Technician or working towards qualification
The Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices and matching GRNs and purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Preparing prepayments and accrual schedules
- Supporting weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintaining Purchase Ledger
