The Role

Our client is currently recruiting an Estimator to join their Commercial Team, based at their Lisburn office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing main contractor delivering high-end interior and refurbishment projects across the UK. Occasional travel to London will be required as part of the role.

Our client is a specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor, delivering high-end projects across the hospitality, commercial, residential, and retail sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess tender documentation in various formats
  • Prepare accurate and compliant cost estimates
  • Obtain and analyse quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Review contractual and supplementary tender information for commercial impact
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and pricing matters
  • Carry out site visits to support tender pricing requirements
  • Attend and contribute to mid-tender and post-tender meetings
  • Manage post-tender queries and follow-ups
  • Provide clear and detailed handover information to the operations team on successful tenders

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an Estimating role
  • Main contractor fit-out experience preferred
  • Knowledge of estimating software (Evaluate preferred)
  • Strong IT skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
