Salary: £56,000 - £58,000 per year + £6,000 OTE bonus

Hours: Full Time (40 hours/week, predominantly Monday - Friday)

The Role:

You will take full clinical and operational leadership of a 65-bedded nursing home specialising in general nursing, dementia nursing, and dementia residential care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a dedicated multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards
  • Creating a positive, person-centred culture for residents and staff
  • Driving excellence and innovation within the service

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (first-level)
  • Significant post-qualification experience, including leadership in a nursing/care home setting
  • Strong knowledge of NI nursing home regulations and standards
  • Passion for high-quality, person-centred care and team development
