We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on high-speed automated machinery
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair
- Troubleshooting pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Improve machine reliability and production performance
- Work collaboratively within a shift-based production team
Requirements:
- Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- Proven electrical fault-finding capability
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Knowledge of PLC, CNC or PC-controlled systems desirable
