We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance on high-speed automated machinery
  • Electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair
  • Troubleshooting pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Improve machine reliability and production performance
  • Work collaboratively within a shift-based production team

Requirements:

  • Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
  • Proven electrical fault-finding capability
  • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Knowledge of PLC, CNC or PC-controlled systems desirable
