Essentially, your job will be to commercially manage multiple high-value projects from tender handover through to final account ensuring projects are delivered profitably, risks are controlled, and commercial performance is maximised. You will oversee valuations, forecasting, subcontractor packages, variations, reporting, and contractual matters while working closely with operational, design, and senior management teams. Don't worry, you'll have an experienced commercial team around you for support.
We think candidates with Quantity Surveying experience within construction, civils, manufacturing, fit-out, precast concrete, utilities, or specialist subcontracting industries should apply. After conversations with the hiring manager, if you have strong commercial awareness, experience managing projects, and good knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts, you'll have a strong chance of being successful.
