The Role:
The Accounts Administrator will play a key role within the Accounts department. This role is critical in maintaining strong cash flow, ensuring accuracy across customer accounts, and supporting overall financial performance.
The Requirements:
- 2 years previous experience in accounts
- Proficient in accountancy software
- Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitoring the accounts receivable ledger and applying cash receipts
- Chasing overdue accounts and resolving payment or billing discrepancies
- Reconciling customer accounts and preparing aged debtor reports
- Weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with the purchase ledger
- Any other duties as required within the finance function
