Resolve Recruitment Services is searching for an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working across multiple locations, offering variety and independence in their day-to-day role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
  • Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general mechanical work
  • Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
  • Minimum 6 Years’ Experience (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently

Salary & Benefits

  • £20 per hour (£41,600 per annum based on 40 hours)
  • £1,200 annual bonus
  • Overtime paid at time and a half
  • Salary reviewed every 12 months
  • Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month)
  • Company van provided (work use only)
  • Discounts on MOTs and parts

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • On-call rota: 1 week in 3 (paid per call-out)
  • Bank holidays worked on a rota basis (day in lieu provided)

Additional Information

  • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (April–March)
  • Company pension scheme (NEST)
  • Quarterly performance reviews, with a full annual appraisal
  • Notice period: 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter
  • Role involves working at various employer and client locations
