Reactive Recruitment are working with a highly regarded and reputable nursery and pre-school group with over 50 sites across England. Due to growth, our client seeks a number of Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in their sites across Bromley.

Nursery Practitioner Package/hours:

  • Hourly rates range from £13.78-15.20 per hour depending on qualification and experience
  • Working from one of their inspiring Bromley sites
  • Full-time 40 hours per week (choice of 4 or 5 days)
  • Part-time 20-25 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of a team and provide a home from home environment for all children
  • To keep and maintain accurate records and reports
  • To model best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • To support the Room Leader to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and Education across the setting

Requirements:

  • Hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or 3
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Have good time management, meeting deadlines
