Reactive Recruitment are proud to be working with a highly regarded child nursery that cares for children from 3 months to 11 years old and follows the Early Years Foundation Stage - Development Matters framework to support the children's early learning experiences.

Hours, pay & benefits:

  • 4 day shifts working (Apply online only) (30 mins lunch)
  • £14.00 per hour / £35,000 per annum (negotiable)

The purpose of the role of the Room Leader/Supervisor is to take charge of a small team and ensure the smooth running of the room or area you are responsible for. To be a key person and to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children. To create a stimulating environment and be a positive role model at all times and to encourage and support children's development by providing differentiated activities tailored to meet the needs of each child.
