Reactive Recruitment are working with a well-established childcare provider based in Dursley. Due to continued growth, they now seek an experienced Childcare Practitioner to join their dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children.

The Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe, assess, and support children's development
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are always adhered to

The Person:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
  • A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Additional experience with SENCO or outdoor learning/Forest School is desirable
  • A warm, professional, and approachable personality

The Rewards:

  • A permanent position paying up to £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
