Property Manager Duties
- Organise all necessary maintenance and repairs for a property portfolio.
- Monitor rental payments.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to organise tenancy renewals and ensure adherence to all contractual obligations.
- Handle all maintenance issues with tenants and landlords, resolving via approved contractors.
- Liaise with contractors ensuring works are satisfactorily completed, invoicing.
- Resolve all rent payment issues.
- Confirm lease extensions, manage negotiations and agreements.
- Carry out property visits and inspections.

- 2 years professional working experience – estate agency preferred.
- Full driving licence and own vehicle.
