Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Working Hours: Days, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours

The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, Reacta Healthcare are looking to recruit a Site Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations. As part of the Operations Team, the Site Project Manager is responsible for leading and controlling the delivery of Reacta’s growing portfolio of site projects, ensuring safe, compliant and on‑time execution within agreed budgets. The role establishes structured project governance across the site and, through the use of Reacta project management tools, standardises project planning, delivery and reporting readiness state.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish and run consistent site project governance.
  • Create and maintain a rolling site project master plan.
  • Act as the central coordination point for cross-functional project activity.
  • Support preparation of project business cases/justifications, ensuring alignment to compliance, capacity and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain project cost plans and provide transparent reporting.
  • Lead delivery of assigned projects from concept through to execution and close-out.
  • Ensure project execution is compliant with site expectations and applicable standards.
  • Work closely with SMEs.
  • Configure and maintain project structures in Jira to create a consistent approach across the site.
  • Portfolio reporting.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to the leaders, escalating issues and risks early with options and recommendations.
  • Support the site’s continuous improvement agenda.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven delivery of multiple concurrent projects in complex, regulated operational environments.
  • Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on fully operational sites.
  • Experience in budget control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira) and performance reporting.
  • Strong compliance mindset, with experience in GxP-regulated or similarly regulated environments requiring traceability and inspection readiness.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience within GMDP regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with validation, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • Experience supporting CapEx justification and business case development.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management and Health & Safety.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and AI.
