The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, Reacta Healthcare is looking to recruit a Technical Support Officer who will provide technical and scientific support to all areas of the business.

The role sits within the Technical & Validation team and reports to the Head of Technical & Validation.

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Writing GMP documents; protocols, reports, SOPs, BMRs and other technical or scientific documents.
  • Responding to product queries from health authorities.
  • Investigating and writing deviations or non-conformance reports and root cause analyses.
  • Performing and writing risk assessments.
  • Supporting new product introductions, writing documents, and performing practical formulation activities.
  • Involvement in audits or inspections both from internal and external parties.
  • Supporting validation activities as required.
  • Managing small projects.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience:

  • Degree or similar in scientific or technical discipline.
  • Experience of working within a pharmaceutical or related GMP environment.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Experience of IT software (e. g., Microsoft office, document management or other relevant software)
  • Has worked in a technical or scientific role.
  • Demonstrated planning/organisational skills and the ability to work under their own initiative.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience of implementing GMP or efficiency improvements.
  • Problem solving experience.
