- A high attention to detail with design craft and consistent output.
- Concepting content ideas and supporting that growth.
- Work within the Design team alongside Digital and Creative designers.
- Mentoring more junior members of the team on topics such as collaboration, layout, ideation and type design.
- Chip in to all levels of the process, whether it be artworking, making amends, coming up with new concepts for a campaign or art direction ideas.
Requirements:
- A considerable amount of agency or studio design experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite (bonus if you know Blender or 3D tools).
- Portfolio brimming with high quality work across brand activations, campaigns and a variety of formats including OOH, motion and concepting.
- Highly creative with good typography knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and what content works and why.
- Great attention to detail with ability to QA briefs and your own work, suggesting alternative ideas and approaches where appropriate.
- Adept at taking briefs and working on your own initiative, having the confidence to ask questions, turning to your peers for support and guidance where needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
- A hard worker who's not afraid to pull your sleeves up and get on with it.
- Ambitious, growth mindset, hungry to succeed, with a passion for best-in-class creativity and perfection in delivery.
- An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions.
- Able to manage multiple pieces of work and projects, in a fast-paced environment.
- A superb sense of humour.
