Our agency creates unique moments that matter to the consumer, starting conversations in a creative and engaging manner, putting authenticity at the heart of everything.

We are looking for someone with energy and grit, who thrives on creating world-class campaigns for our clients, who can help us spread the word and is up for a challenge. Dedicated to our people, we provide tailored and extensive benefits to help with that work-life balance. We focus on great people, great work, effectiveness, creativity and passion. We pride ourselves on the diversity and inclusion of our recruitment process and teams.

This role is essential in supporting the Content Strategy Manager and wider team by taking ownership of key executional and organisational tasks, helping to deliver content across social platforms. You’ll be the backbone of the team, ensuring that trend-driven, reactive, and planned content runs seamlessly. You’ll support briefing creative projects, contribute to content ideation and strategy, and assist with shoot involvement. By co-ordinating closely with production and creative teams and handling day-to-day content operations, you’ll empower the team to focus on high-level strategy and creative ideation.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Whether it’s filming TikTok trends, organising shoots, or sharing creative ideas, you’ll be a key player in bringing our content strategies to life. You’ll need to be motivated & positive; a can-do mentality is a must. We have a flat structure and believe no idea is a bad idea so there is lots of room to make your mark when it comes to content, ideation, process and structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write content ideation briefs and strategy input to align with brand objectives.
  • Assist in briefing and managing creative projects from ideation through to execution.
  • Help adapt strategies to reflect emerging trends, platform updates and audience behaviour.
Trend Tracking and Insights
  • Be the team’s “eyes and ears” for emerging trends, platform updates and industry movements.
  • Share actionable trend insights with the content and social teams, ensuring we jump on creative opportunities at all times.
  • Work closely with the paid media team to analyse monthly insights, using data to inform content creation strategies.
Content Execution and Logistics
  • Source props and secure locations for trending and always-on (AO) content, especially for quick-turnaround projects.
  • Provide on-set support during shoots, ensuring smooth execution and capturing high-quality content aligned with briefs.
  • Film social content for TikTok and Instagram, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage when required.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Provide clear, proactive communication across teams to ensure workflow efficiency and alignment.
  • Work closely with the social team to ensure all content meets platform best practices and resonates with audiences.
  • Analysing insights from the Paid/Performance teams to define content strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience in a content creation or content strategy role.
  • Confident with editing tools such as Capcut, Premiere Pro or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of what’s trending on social, what works and what doesn’t!
  • A portfolio of ideas. We want to see your personality, not just clients.
  • Organisational mind for tackling ideas and owning it.
  • Adept at developing briefs and working on your own initiative, turning to your peers for support and guidance where needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
  • A hard worker who’s not afraid to pull your sleeves up and get on with it.
  • An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions. You have your own voice, we want to hear it.
