Assistant Site Manager required to support the Project Manager on a commercial/office fit out project in Milton Keynes. You will need to be comfortable liaising and directing subcontractors/site labour as well as maintaining a good relationship with the client.
There will be occasions when the Assistant Site Manager will need to take full management of the site when the Project Manager is not in attendance. Hence the Assistant Site Manager will need to have SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. Previous experience of commercial refurbishment/internal fit-out work is desirable.
Please note: This highly established interior fit-out contractor is looking to assign someone on a PAYE/Umbrella basis rather than CIS.
