Finishing Foreman/Person or Working Foreman/Person required to manage the various trades on a £7 million new build swimming pool complex at a private college close to Burgess Hill. Ideally the Foreman/Person will need to be M&E conversant or at least have a good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and be competent to read site drawings and direct the various tradespeople to ensure a quality finish is delivered. Other trades: carpenters, bricklayers and eventually;decorators will also need to be managed to ensure they are able to work in tandem with each other. Overall, the Foreperson will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day activity out on site. A willingness to 'muck-in' will be an asset, getting involved in a practical manner if and when required. Ideally, SMSTS qualified, the Foreperson will be a good 'all-rounder' who can demonstrate a basic knowledge of the main trades and general building practices
