Our client is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The role is offered as a permanent full-time position working permanent late shift, Monday to Friday.
Benefits: Excellent benefits package including 6% non contractual bonus, 25 days leave + BH, health care, life assurance + lots more.
Hours: 37.5 hours pw, Monday to Friday 1.50pm to 10pm (finishing at 8.30pm Friday). (There may be requirement to work overtime and nights with prior notice).
Location: Dartford.
Working as part of the maintenance team, the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will carry out routine and preventative maintenance duties, fault finding, repairs on plant machinery/equipment and building services.
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer skills:
- Qualified e.g. C&G or similar (Level III) qualification or above, ideally time served.
- Previous experience of maintenance within manufacturing environment (food or pharma or similar - FMCG).
- Use of computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Lean / Quick Kaizens fault finding, planned and preventative maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in problem solving and innovation.
- Flexible to work around team requirements.
- Physically fit, no fears of heights, confined spaces.
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer desirable skills/experience:
- Lean qualification/trained.
- Machining experience (milling/turning).
- TIG welding.
- GMP experience.
- AutoCAD.
