Our established M&E services installer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager. The role will suit a Contracts Manager who has proven experience and success in the running and completing of multiple projects, developing and maintaining relationships with Clients and working collaboratively with other departments.

Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch break

Contracts Manager Qualifications:
- HNC/HND in Mechanical Services or similar
- CSCS
- First Aid
- SMSTS
Contracts Manager Experience required:
- 5 years experience in a management role of a similar nature
- Good understanding of mechanical services industry and associated materials
- Practical experience and skills, to include plumbing
- Highly computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Methodical and organized
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Meticulous detail orientated
- Strong communicator, both verbally & in writing
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask
