Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and hard working Warehouse Operative.

Location: Paddock Wood, Kent
Salary: up to Β£26,000 pa depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8amβ4pm (37.5 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, paid monthly
Benefits include:

Warehouse Operative Duties will include:
Being responsible for ensuring that goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and safely β helping to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly every day.
Warehouse Operative main responsibilities
* Unload, check and receive goods into the warehouse
* Pick and pack customer and production orders to a high standard
* Operate forklifts (Counterbalance and Aisle Master) safely and efficiently
* Carry out daily stock checks and support inventory audits
* Maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners and PCs
* Keep work areas clean, tidy and compliant with safety and hygiene standards
* Work as part of a close-knit logistics team to meet customer deadlines
What Weβre Looking For
* Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Forklift Driver, or Picker Packer
* Will ideally have Forklift experience (Counterbalance or Aisle Master preferred)
* Good IT and stock control skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* Team player with great communication and a can-do attitude
