As Depot Manager, you will lead and manage the day‑to‑day aftersales operations of the depot, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective running of all workshop activities. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, health and safety, people management, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the service, parts, and administrative teams to deliver excellent performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Select and recruit staff in all departments.

  • Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and rota planning.
