Our client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator. The role is offered as a 12 week temp to perm position.
When permanent, employee benefits include:

Rate: £13.34 to £13.85 ph (£26-£27K pa)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
Paid weekly, PAYE via React Recruitment Ltd. No remote working.

Suitable Purchasing Administrator candidates will have excellent:
- Admin and MS Office experience – Word, Excel, Outlook etc

The role of Purchasing Administrator will be assisting the Purchasing Manager in general administration duties. Purchasing Administrator duties will include:
- Placing production purchase orders as determined by MRP
- Raising purchase requisitions for approval and converting to purchase orders
- Progress chasing purchase orders
- Updating sales orders for purchased items
- Monitoring order acknowledgements
- Administering the Product Returns Process
- Maintain returns register
- Ensure credit notes are received as required
