Our manufacturing client on the outskirts of Dartford is seeking a Production Supervisor. The role is offered as a full-time, permanent position.

Salary: IRO £32,000 to £34,000 pa depending on industry experience

Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

Holiday: 25 days + 8 BH

Location: Crayford

Role Responsibilities:

  • The Production Supervisor must be goal driven and ensure that all production expectations and demands are met and customer needs are achieved in an on-time manner.
  • Responsible for daily production and planning in their area – adhere to company policies and procedures – H&S etc.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the production team.
  • Good communication skills verbal and electronic (Email and Teams).
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be able to communicate with other department heads and ensure that all policy and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Must be hands-on and able to support team members.
  • Training of new staff – dealing with HR related issues – absence, lateness, booking holiday etc.
  • Supervisory / leadership experience – ideally electronics industry.
  • Supervisory experience of a manufacturing/assembly team – 10+ personnel.
