PLEASE NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING FOR A M&E COMPANY (SUB-CONTRACTOR). THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.
Outline of Role:
- To review original drawings vs what’s been installed, find and log all changes to allow for accurate billing to take place - to work for the next c12 months on a project in Green Park.
- Providing comprehensive financial and surveying related information as required by Management/Directors, including reports.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
- Measuring the works for interim valuations and final account purposes. Record of dimension/quantities to be taken.
- Keep up to date with new technology and legislation as appropriate.
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required and/or requested by senior members of staff.
