Our client is seeking an Internal Sales/Quotes Administrator. The role is offered as a permanent full-time position with a salary of up to £28,000 pa plus a quarterly team PR bonus, with an OTE of £30K pa. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, with the opportunity to work half a day every other Friday after training.

Candidates should be experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and confident in Excel. A current UK driving license is desirable.
Minimum requirements:
- A Level standard education (or equivalent) in subjects such as Business, Maths, IT, or English Literature, along with some relevant work experience
- Experience of office procedures and computerised systems with accurate data inputting skills is desirable

Initial duties include:
- Full training provided, including working in production to learn about products and understand customer needs
- Undertaking product training to learn the full range across different markets
- Providing quotations based on customer requirements and offering product recommendations to meet global client needs
- Offering administrative support to sales teams and senior management, including document preparation, scheduling, and liaising with various departments
- Processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate communication between internal departments and external clients
- Inputting orders using company software, ensuring information is correct and checking stock to supply orders
- Creating and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, providing product recommendations, and managing customer accounts
- Liaising with suppliers for product pricing and lead times to meet customer expectations
In time, the role may include sourcing new business through outbound and external sales, working in a team to form sales strategies to target new business in various markets, and contacting customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to introduce product ranges and secure new business. Managing each project through the company CRM system.
