Our client is seeking an experienced, organized and self-motivated Warehouse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where you can make a real impact on efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.
Salary: Competitive - disclosed on phone call
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
This role is solely responsible for the packing and dispatch of goods. Candidates must be happy with working alone for the majority of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes
- Oversee international shipping, documentation, and logistics coordination
- Maintain warehouse layout, safety, and compliance standards
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier, courier, and internal stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience:
- Proven warehouse or operations management experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience with international logistics and exports
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
