This role requires assessment day Wednesday 20th May (9am to 2pm) paid at £12.71ph. If successful, candidates will move to rotating shift work.

Location: Gillingham, Kent

Rotating shifts:

  • Week one – 6am to 2pm, Mon to Thurs; 6am to 1pm Fri.
  • Week two – 2pm to 10pm, Monday-Thurs; 1pm to 9pm Friday.

Weekly pay, PAYE via React Recruitment Ltd. Long‑term temporary work available. Priority will be given to candidates with experience of assembling parts or having any electronic skills – wiring, soldering, crimping etc. Static shifts are NOT available.

Responsibilities:

  • Product assembly – small parts – wiring, crimping, soldering
  • Machine operating (training will be given)
  • Product quality checking
  • Product labelling

This job role will involve standing for long periods on the production line. Production Assembly Operative candidates must be happy to use hand tools and equipment to manufacture small parts (electronic assembly). Selection will be made after attending an induction day where your skills and suitability for training will be assessed, including good dexterity and hand‑to‑eye coordination. You will also be asked to undertake an online colour blindness test prior to your CV being submitted/going for the assessment.
