Our client based in Folkestone is seeking an experienced Immigration Caseworker β IAAS Level 2. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a progressive and supportive immigration law firm.
Salary: Β£36,100.00 pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am β 5:00pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Benefits include: 20 days holiday (pro rata), NEST pension scheme (subject to eligibility)
The successful Immigration Caseworker will manage a varied caseload across all areas of UK Immigration, including asylum, human rights applications, bail applications, appeals, and judicial review matters.
Immigration Caseworker Requirements:
- IAAS/IAAC Level 2 Accreditation (essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK Immigration law and procedures
- Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Professional, detail-oriented and client-focused approach
Immigration Caseworker Key Responsibilities:
- Managing immigration cases from instruction to decision
- Preparing and submitting complex immigration applications
- Drafting legal representations and appeal grounds
- Representing clients before the First-tier Tribunal
- Ensuring compliance with SRA, IAAS, UKVI and GDPR regulations
- Maintaining excellent client care and case management standards
