Hours: 37.5 pw β flexible hours
Location: Remote
This role may require occasional overnight stays across the UK to support events with travel required to attend meetings mainly in London.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the online events as well as supporting the team with day-to-day tasks.
- Taking ownership of specific event streams, from coordination and planning through to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement.
- Managing the events calendar on the bespoke Member platform, ensuring all sessions, discussions, and activities are accurately scheduled and promoted.
- Involvement with the planning and execution of the increasing in person events programme.
- Providing event reporting, collating feedback, capturing recordings and other event outputs as required.
- Engaging with other areas of business to feed into communications and event promotion, programme design, Membership opportunities, and invoicing requirements.
- Providing strategic input into wider business initiatives.
- Participating in in-person events nationwide.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to prioritise work to meet varying deadlines.
- Confident at engaging with stakeholders at all levels to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Enthusiastic self-starter, highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to spot new opportunities and contribute to business planning.
- An eye for detail, strong administration skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Competent user of Microsoft 365 packages.
- Experience of managing in person or online events schedules.
- Experience using Zoom to manage online events.
