Our client based in Erith is seeking a Senior Product Manager. The role is offered as a full-time office-based position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Salary: Competitive – to be discussed on initial phone call

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap in alignment with the company’s commercial goal
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to guide product innovation and differentiation
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, KPIs, and success metrics
- Lead portfolio strategy, including product rationalisation, lifecycle management, and growth initiatives
- Own the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to deliver impactful product initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to optimise product performance, pricing, and assortment decisions
- Ensure product compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality expectations
