Our Client requires an experienced Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias), this is a permanent, full-time position.
Salary: competitive – discussed on initial phone call - monthly pay
Hours: Rotating shifts – Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm
Location: Hoo, Rochester
Benefits:
- Discretionary Bonus Scheme.

Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on all machinery.
- Track, organise, and complete all PPM tasks.
- Maintain accurate records within the MaintainX system.
- Coordinate contractors and oversee machine servicing.
- Manage spare parts inventory for all equipment.
- Track and organise service and contractor documentation.
- Conduct routine safety inspections to support a Safety-First culture.
- Support Production teams when required.
- Participate in an Out-of-Hours Call Out rota.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
