Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Days, either 8am or 9am start time
Job Type: Full-time hours, temporary, PAYE, paid weekly in arrears
Senior Warehouse Operative/Supervisor Duties will include:
- Being responsible for ensuring that goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and safely, helping to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly every day.
Senior Warehouse Operative/Supervisor main responsibilities:
- Unload, check and receive goods into the warehouse
- Goods in/out
- Pick and pack items for production team
- Operate forklifts (mainly Counterbalance) safely and efficiently – in date licence required
- Carry out stock checks and support inventory audits
- Maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners and PCs
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and compliant with safety and hygiene standards
- Work as part of a close-knit logistics team to meet customer deadlines
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader. Forklift experience (in date Counterbalance licence required).
