Our established precision engineering Client based on the outskirts of Dartford is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join them on a permanent, full-time contract.
Fabricator Welder Pay: Depending on skill level – paid monthly
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm, Friday 7.30am to 2:00pm – 38.5 basic week
Breaks: 30 minutes lunch Monday to Thursday, 10 minute lunch Friday.
Overtime: Paid at time and half
Holiday: 20 days pa inc BH in year one, rising to 25 days + BH
To be successful in the role of Fabricator Welder candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- TIG and MIG welding an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ideally time served
- Able to read and accurately follow technical drawings
- Experience of working with various materials - aluminium, stainless and mild steel
- Priority will be given to Fabricator Welder candidates with fine limit sheet metal experience
- Relevant work experience ideally within precision sheet metal environment – ranging from +/- 0.2mm
- Machine workshop knowledge
- CNC brake press – training given
