Identify opportunities for brands to participate authentically in culture, from trending moments to creator collaborations. Develop innovative content ideas designed for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels. Turn ideas into reality through scripting concepts, self‑shooting content, editing quick short form videos and/or collaborating with the team to bring to life. Champion a social-first mindset across the agency, sharing insight, trends and best practice with colleagues. Stay closely connected to online culture, creators and the drinks category, translating insight into impactful social content.
- Client & Account Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients on social media delivery and strategy. Oversee the day-to-day running of social channels for leading FMCG brands. Build strong and trusted client relationships, confidently presenting ideas, strategies and results. Support planning and delivery of monthly social content calendars and campaigns. Manage creator, influencer and UGC partnerships where required.
- Project Management & Delivery: Own project timelines and ensure social deliverables are planned, prioritised and delivered on schedule. Manage multiple campaigns and content streams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate content production, approvals and publishing. Upload, schedule and optimise content across platforms using agency tools and native publishing platforms. Ensure social documentation, calendars and planning materials remain accurate and up to date.
