You’ll sit at the heart of the brand, turning ideas, launches and moments into compelling, visually-led storytelling. From concept through to execution, you’ll create content that feels distinctive, considered and culturally relevant. Every piece should feel intentional. Every output should feel on-brand.

You will be responsible for leading clients' content strategy, production and delivery, ensuring every message is clear, purposeful and aligned to their vision. You’ll set the benchmark for quality, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. Your creativity, precision and collaborative spirit will shape how the business communicates with clients and colleagues across all digital channels (mainly TikTok) and beyond. Key Responsibilities
  • Translating brand objectives and strategy into entertaining, culturally relevant content ideas.
  • Developing ideas, writing briefs, presenting, planning and overseeing the execution of standout content initiatives and formats.
  • Acting as the creative engine for content ideas across the brand across key social platforms.
  • Bringing proactive ideas to the table, spotting opportunities and reacting to relevant news, trends and moments.
  • Responding to briefs from the client and turning them into distinctive concepts and executions.
  • Establishing a consistent and resonant tone, attitude and identity across all brand content.
  • Working with the Brand Content Producer to brief, manage and develop ideas with executional partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for creator collaborations, partnerships and community participation.
  • Staying close to trends and content culture, strong judgement about what’s right for the brand and what’s not.
  • Keeping an eye on competitor activity and emerging cultural signals to identify new opportunities for the brand.
  • Strong experience developing social content ideas in an agency, social-first environment or client-side role.
  • A creative and editorial mindset with the ability to demonstrate a strong portfolio of content ideas and executions.
  • Practical executional skills such as filming, copywriting, directing and editing, both in app and also using creative tools.
  • Someone with a sharp eye for design, detail and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating content in a fast-moving, brand-led environment.
  • Ability to move between idea and execution seamlessly.
  • The ability to spot opportunities for content ideas in culture, conversation and everyday life.
  • A strong understanding of how to turn objectives and briefs into distinctive creative ideas that cut through.
  • Deep understanding of what makes content succeed on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Strong instincts for how brands should show up in social, balancing objectives with authenticity, short-term engagement and long-term brand building.
