ReachX is seeking an experienced strategy consultant to support a sales channel review across Europe and Asia for a global industrial tools company. The objective is to assess current route-to-market performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend an actionable channel strategy to improve market coverage, partner effectiveness, and sales productivity.

We are looking for a consultant with strong experience in commercial strategy, sales channel design, or go-to-market transformation, ideally within industrial, B2B, distribution, or tools-related markets. The role will involve reviewing current sales channels, benchmarking market approaches, and developing practical recommendations that can be implemented across regional teams.

Key responsibilities
