ReachX is supporting a client in the digital media and streaming sector who is seeking an experienced M&A Consultant to support a defined transaction phase. This is a short-term, high-impact consulting engagement, ideal for an ex-investment banker at VP level with strong sector experience.
The Role
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to support M&A activity within the digital media / streaming space, including:
- Advising on buy-side and/or sell-side M&A processes
- Financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
- Preparation of investment materials and transaction documentation
- Market and sector analysis within digital media and streaming
- Supporting negotiations and transaction execution
- Acting as a senior, hands-on advisor throughout the deal lifecycle
Required Experience
- Former Investment Banker (VP level or equivalent)
- Demonstrable M&A experience in digital media, streaming, content, or adjacent technology sectors
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
- Experience working in lean, fast-paced deal environments
- Comfortable operating independently as a consultant
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Engagement Details
- 2–3 month contract
- Remote-first, with flexible working arrangements
- Competitive day rate, aligned to experience
- Immediate or near-immediate start preferred
